1. Heard learned Counsels for the parties.

2. Prayer for modification, as sought for, is allowed.

3. Considering the ground taken in the application, the order of the case has been wrongly typed as "ABLAPL No. 13740 of 2023" instead of "ABLAPL No. 13740 of 2022" and also the date of the order has also been wrongly typed as "08.04.2023" instead of "08.05.2023". The same is hereby corrected.

4. Two weeks further time from today is extended for the Petitioners to surrender before the learned court below as per the aforesaid order dated 27.10.2022, other terms and conditions in the said order remaining intact. The I.A. stands disposed of accordingly.
