1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that he does not want to press Petitioner No.2, namely, Pranabandhu Sahoo.

3. Accordingly, the bail application of Petitioner No.2 is dismissed as not pressed.

4. So far as Petitioner No.1 is concerned, keeping in view the submission of the parties and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the material on record and further the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event Petitioner No.1 surrenders in connection with Dharmasala P.S. Case No.551 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1562 of 2022 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Chadikhole within a period of two weeks' hence and moves for bail, she shall be released on such terms and

// 2 // conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with further conditions that she shall appear in person before the court below on each date of posting of the caseunless specifically exempted by the court concerned.
