Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) direct the Respondents to prescribe the minimum educational qualification for the post of Staff Nurse is +2 with GNM instead of +2 Science with GNM stipulated in the advertisement as at Annexure-4 and thereby quashing the advertisement in Annexure-4" 4.

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 07.09.2015 at Annexure-5 to the Writ Petition before the opposite party No.1 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioners.
