2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"Direction and/or directions be issued to the respondents to prepare and publish the Gradation list of A.S.Is and thereafter only give promotion to the rank of S.I.

Declare that without publishing and finalizing the Gradation List either provisional or final in the cadre of ASIs, nomination of ASIs for training for promotion to S.I as per order dated29.2.2016 at Annexure-6 is illegal and not sustainable in the eye of law and quash the same.

Direction and/or directions be issued to the respondents to prepare the Gradation list/Seniority List in consonance with 660(e)(ii) OPM Rule, vide notification dated 28..2.2009 and as per the terms and conditions mentioned under Annexure-1"

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.1 in that regard within a period of three weeks from today. 5.

It is observed that if such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.1 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
