Heard Mr. T. Meher, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. Rath, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State. 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to issue legal heir certificate, which has been rejected on the ground that such claim has also made by other persons. 4.

Since this a disputed question of fact, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy in accordance with law by approaching the appropriate forum seeking for declaration, so that the matter can be adjudicated and the relief can be extended to the petitioner.
