Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) The Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to direct the respondents to treat the period of suspension, i.e.
from 12.06.2002 to 13.11.2002 as duty with all consequential service and financial benefits so also by updating the service book within a stipulated period for the interest of justice.
(ii) The Hon'ble Tribunal may be pleased to pass any other relief(s)/Orders) as deems fit and proper for the bonafide interest of justice".

It is submitted that even though, the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 has approached the Opposite Party No.2 seeking regularization of the Period of suspension, but till date the same has not yet been considered.

It is also submitted that no proceeding has been initiated against the Petitioner till date after placing the petitioner under suspension.

In view of that this Court directs the said Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the prayer made in Annexure-3 and release the benefit as due and admissible within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
