This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate, the learned D.S.G.I.. 3.
The Petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer :
"Under the circumstances, the Petitioner most humbly and respectfully prays that the Hon'ble Court may be graciously be pleased to direct the Opposite parties to clear up all the dues of the Petitioner within a stipulated period to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. And/or alternatively, be pleased to direct the Opp.Party No.1 to nominate representative for verification as per the request made by Opp.Party No.4 vide letters dated 07.12.2021, 17.12.2021, 29.12.2021 and 18.02.202 as intimated vide letter under Annexure-3 dated 05.04.2022 within a stipulated period to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
And/or to direct the Opposite Party No.1 to consider and dispose of the representation under annexur01 dated 31.08.2022 and communicate the decision to the Petitioner within a stipulated period to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court;

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner may be given liberty to file a fresh representation ventilating his grievance before the Union of India, Opposite Party No.1 which may be considered within a stipulated period of time in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the State on the other hand submits that he has no objection if liberty is granted to the Petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.1 and the same is considered and disposed of in accordance with law. 6.
In view of the aforesaid limited nature of grievance of the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition granting liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Secretary to Government of India, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution Department of Food and Public Distribution, Opposite Party No.1 ventilating his grievance within a period of two weeks. If such a representation is filed within the time stipulated, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the said Opposite Party No.1 in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of filing representation and the decision so taken on the representation of the petitioner shall be communicated within two weeks thereafter. 7.
With the aforesaid observation the writ application stands disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
