Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Instant I.A. is filed for extension of time for the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below which has expired in the meantime.

This Court by order dated 4th November, 2022 had directed the petitioner to surrender before the court of learned Judge, FTC, POCSO, Jagatsinghpur on or before 23rd November, 2022 in connection with C.T. Case No.22 of 2021 and released on bail while disposing of CRLMC No.3093 of 2022. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not comply the said direction of this Court due to the circumstances narrated and hence, for extension of time.

For the reason stated, the I.A.
stands allowed.
Consequently, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Judge, FTC, POCSO, Jagatsinghpur on or before 20th January, 2023 in connection with C.T. Case No.22 of 2021 for compliance of the Court's order dated 4th November, 2022 passed in CRLMC No.3093 of 2022.
