This is the successive journey of the petitioner, who is in custody in connection with S.T.Case No.67/267 of 2019 arising out of G.R.Case No.12 of 2018 corresponding to Daspalla P.S. Case No.09 of 2018 pending in the court of the learned J.M.F.C., Daspalla running for the alleged commission of offence under sections 395, I.P.C. read with section 25/27 of the Arms Act in filing this application under section 439, Cr.P.C. for his release on bail.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and keeping in view the nature of accusations against the petitioner as those emanate from the materials on record as well as the surrounding circumstances, while being not inclined to re-consider the prayer

// 2 // for grant of bail to the Petitioner, this application is disposed of with the observation that the trial court would do well to take all the effective steps for early conclusion of the trial as expeditiously as possible.

The BLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
