This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No. 940 of 2016 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No. 940 of 2016.

The Petitioner has challenged the rejection of her candidature for the post of contract Teacher in Government High School for the year 2014-15. The learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal vide order dated 4th March, 2016 directed the Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education to obtain specific instruction with regard to the ground on which her application was rejected. Neither instruction is placed on record nor counter is filed in this case. 4.

Mr. S. Satpathy, proxy counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. B.K. Nayak, counsel for the Petitioner submitted that he has no up-to-date instruction in this matter.

In view of such submission, the writ petition stands dismissed with liberty to the counsel for the Petitioner to revive the same within a period of 90 days, if cause of action still subsists.
