1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

2. This is an application for bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner in apprehension of arrest for his alleged involvement in the offences U/s. 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(b) & 12 of P.C. Act, 1988 as amended by P.C. (Amendment) Act, 2018 in connection with Bhubaneswar Vigilance P.S. Case No.34 of 2022 corresponding to VGR Case No.38 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Spl. Judge (Vigilance), Bhubaneswar.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, in compliance to the order dated 1st November, 2022, furnished a type-written copy of the order purported to have been passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court on dated 29.01.2020 in ABLAPL No.617 of 2020 (in the matter of Bijay Laxmi Meher v. State of Odish, to which the learned counsel for the state(vigilance) did not oppose.

Having regard the submissions of the parties and the nature of allegations as emerged from the materials on record, and further the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offence, it is directed that in the event Petitioner surrenders and moves for bail before the learned Spl. Judge (Vigilance), Bhubaneswar in the aforesaid VGR Case within a period of three weeks hence, she shall be admitted to bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court, but subject to the further conditions that - (i) She shall appear before the I.O. with all the relevant records and documents as would be necessary for the purpose of investigation desired in the case and shall cooperate with the investigation without fail as per law, as and when required; (ii) Violation of any of the conditions shall entail cancellation of the bail automatically.

5. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
