1. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode. Order No
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. The petitioners have file the present writ petition for the following relief.
Under the above circumstances, it is therefore humbly prayed that the Hon'ble Tribunal be graciously pleased to quash the advertisement under Annexure-3 series and also many such advertisements issued in this regard by different CDVOs of the state as the same are illegal and against the statute and direct the respondents not to insist for any upper age limit for the Gomitras and +2 science qualification to apply for the post of Livestock Inspector.
And further the Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to direct the respondents to consider the candidatures of the applicants and their application form for the post of livestock Inspector keeping in view of the experience and other eligibility criteria and appoint them as a livestock Inspector against 50% vacancies available for them in different districts of the State.

4. Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Govt. Advocate submitted that process of selection has already been completed and all the selected candidates have been appointed and joined. None of the selected candidates have also been impleaded as party to the writ petition. Accordingly this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made by the petitioners.
5. However, if any cause of action still subsists, the petitioners are at liberty to file appropriate application to that effect.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed.
