None appears for the appellant, despite our order dated 16.11.2022. Even no mention has been made seeking accommodation. 3.

By the order dated 16.11.2022, we had clearly mentioned that "if on that day, there is no representation from the appellant, we will be persuaded to pass an order for non-prosecution". 4.

Hence, no alternative is left to us. This appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
