1. At the outset Mr. Samantaray states that the order dated 2nd September, 2020 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.16355 of 2020 has been complied with as sanction of decretal dues u/s.18(1) of LA Act, 1894 amounting to Rs.2,54,365/- (Rupees Two Lakh Fifty Four Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Five) only in favour of Pandaba Pandra & others of villageMundagaon, Dist-Kalahandi in LAR No.265/2014 has been granted and the payments made.

2. In view of the above, the CONTC is dismissed as infructuous.
