Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) The Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to declare and direct that the applicant is eligible to order of recommendation for promotion to level-III with effect from 10.07.2003 as per under Annexure-7, and he shall be given all service benefits, on that basis". 4.

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 24.07.2006 at Annexure-7 to the Writ Petition before the opposite party No.4 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

5. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioners.
