This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

1. At the outset Mr. Samantaray states that the order dated 2nd September, 2020 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.16356 of 2020 has been complied with as sanction of decretal dues u/s.18(1) of LA Act, 1894 amounting to Rs.3,05,110/-(Rupees Three Lakh Five Thousand One Hundred Ten) only in favour of Narendra Beruk of villageMaskaguda, DistKalahandi in LAR No.11/2017 has been granted and the payments made.

2. In view of the above, the CONTC is dismissed as infructuous.
