This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.274(C) of 2015 was filed before the Odisha State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC(OAC) No.274 of 2015. 3.

The Petitioner having participated in the selection process being unsuccessful has approached this Court challenging the selection process conducted by Opposite Party No. 2. 4.

Mr. Chandan Kumar Sahoo, Advocate appearing on behalf of Mr. S.B. Jena, learned counsel for Odisha Staff Selection Commission submitted that the writ petition is not maintainable in view of the fact that the Petitioner having participated in the selection process has approached this Court.

This matter relates back to 2016 and by efflux of time, the matter has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
