This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

By referring under Section 437(6), Cr.P.C., leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is specific provision provided for grant of bail, if the trial is not concluded in the meantime. 4.

In view of such submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, he seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to move before the learned court below for bail under the above provision.

Accordingly, the bail application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

6.

In the event the petitioner moves an application for bail before the trial court, the trial court shall do well to dispose of the same in accordance with the provisions mentioned hereinabove.
