This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 31.08.2021 in connection with Dhenkanal Sadar P.S. Case No.454 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.986 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal for the alleged commission of offence under Section 395 of IPC, read with Section 25 and 27 of Arms Act.

It is alleged that three persons came in a motor cycle to a petrol pump and snatched away the cash bag containing Rs.49,646/-. It is further alleged that the present petitioner and another person were waiting outside. In the meantime investigation having been concluded charge sheet has already been submitted.

Considering the submissions made, materials on record, period of detention already undergone and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such

terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
