This Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to direct the Opposite Parties to fix the minimum age limit as 18 years instead of 21 years for appointment as ANM (HW)(F)in the advertisement issued under Annexure-2. 4.

Since the process of selection has already been completed, there is no interim order passed in favour of the Petitioner, the prayer cannot be allowed.

Be that as it may, since nobody is there to press the matter.
