3. It is submitted that Departmental Proceeding initiated against the petitioner on 22.1.2016 has since been withdrawn by the authorities vide order dated 13.4.2018.

4. In view of the above, Mr. Sethi, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
