Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) Regularize the period from 28.10.2013 to 25.07.2013 i.e. when the applicant was reverted from the post of Block Education Educators and till he joined in the base post of Multi Purpose Health Worker(Male).

(ii) Release the financial benefit for the period from 04.02.2012 when his juniors were promoted to the post of Multi Purpose Health Superviosr (MPHS) Male till the applicant joined on such post i.e. on 28.11.2013 with interest.

(iii) Grant final pension and other retirement benefits accordingly to the applicant within a stipulated period".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.1 by enclosing all the relevant

// 2 // documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.1 shall do well to dispose of the representation within a period of three months. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 6.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
