ORDER(Oral) 11.7.2022 01 1. This matter is taken up through physical mode.

2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 27.8.2021 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar.

3. On perusal of the available order-sheets of the learned Tribunal it is indicated that notices were issued on 03.12.2015. Thereafter it was never taken up/pursued nor there is any further pleadings by any of the parties.

4. The O.A. was filed by the petitioner who was working as Assistant Teacher in Bayaguda Primary School seeking direction for sanction and disbursement of second & third RACP (Revised Assured Career Progression) w.e.f. 1.1.2013 based on the Finance Department Resolution dated 6.2.2013, 20.1.2014 & 17.1.2015.

5. It is submitted on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the petition, the petitioner has got the RACP benefits and the writ petition is not pressed.
