Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) The Hon'ble Tribunal graciously be pleased to declare Para-2 & 3 of the Resolution dtd.04.12.2013 of the Govt. in School & Mass Education Department being contradictory benefits extended in Para-7 of the same Resolution dtd.04.12.2013 to only untrained and trained SC, ST and PH Ganasikhyak with six years service from the date of engagement as Ganasikhyak as illegal, arbitrary and un-reasonable and further it violates Art-14 & 16 of the Constitution of India". 4.
He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 02.02.2014 at Annexure-6 to the Writ Petition before the opposite party No.1 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.1 to take a
// 2 // decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioners.
