1. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 27.8.2021 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar.

3. On perusal of the available order-sheets of the learned Tribunal it is indicated that notices were issued on 03.12.2015 and was never taken up/pursued thereafter.

4. Counter dated 29.01.2016 filed on behalf of O.P. No.3, is available on record.

5. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter has been rendered infructuous in view of the fact that the order of transfer impugned before the learned Tribunal, was subsequently recalled.

6. Learned Addl. Standing Counsel referring to the counter also submits that the order of transfer dated 26.11.2015 was cancelled by subsequent order dated 5.12.2015.

7. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
