2. Heard Mr. L. Samal, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Biplab Mohanty, learned counsel for the State.

3. The present writ petition has been filed with the following relief.

"Necessary direction be issued to the Respondents, more particularly to the Respondent No.3 & 4 to sanction & disburse 2nd stage of RACPS financial benefits in favour of the applicant w.e.f 1.1.2013 on the basis of Finance Department Resolution dtd.6.2.2013 as the applicant has completed 20 years of continuous service much prior to 1.1.2013 in the same grade/post.

4. From the counter, it is found that the benefit prayed for, has already been extended in favour of the petitioner.

5. In view of such, nothing remains to be decided in the matter and the Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. (Biraja Prasanna Satapathy) Judge
