When the matter was last taken up on 05.07.2022, the following order was passed granting further time to the learned counsel for the petitioner to obtain up-to-date instruction:- "1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 28.08.2021 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar.

3. On perusal of the available order-sheets of the learned Tribunal it is indicated that notices were issued on 19.11.2015 and the matter was never taken up/pursued after 15.07.2016.

4. The O.A. was filed by the applicant before the learned Tribunal in the year 2015 while working as Sociologist in the office of Principal Chief Conservator of Forest (PCCF), Odisha, Bhubaneswar seeking for upgradation of the post she was working. On being specifically asked that what is the present status of the service of the petitioner, since the matter has not been pursued for the last six years, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks further time to obtain up-to-date instruction.

5. As prayed for, list on 02.08.2022.

6. Learned Additional Standing Counsel shall obtain instruction regarding present status of the services of the petitioner by the next date." 2.

Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has no upto-date instruction on behalf of the petitioner to pursue the matter at present.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the same within sixty days for any surviving cause of action.
