Heard Mr. S.K.Mishra, learned counsel for Petitioner, Mr.R.N.Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State and Mr. S.K.Patra, learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party No.5.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- " (i) Admit the original application.
(ii) Call for the records.
(iii) quash the letter dated 18.01.2013 under Annexure-13 and direct to the Respondents to consider the case of the applicant for regularization of his service as well as release the pension as regular pension under Annexure9Series similarly to Job Contract Workers and release the financial and pensionary benefits as per Odisha Government Service Rules within a stipulated period.
And / or pass any other appropriate direction / directions, order / orders in the fitness of the case.
And for this act of kindness the applicants shall as in duty bound ever pray".

It is submitted that similar claim has allowed by the learned Tribunal in its order dtd. 03.04.2019 in OA No.1106 of 2015 under Annexure-10. It is also submitted that the said order passed by the learned Tribunal was confirmed by this Court in its order dated 05.10.2021 in W.P.(C) No.29224 of 2020.

In view of the fact that similar claim has been allowed by the learned Tribunal and confirmed by this Court, this Court directs Opp.Party to extend the benefit as prayed for in the writ Petition, if there is no other legal impediment. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order.
