Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.
This writ petition involves the following prayer: "The petitioner, therefore, prays that your Lordships shall graciously be pleased to admit this Writ petition, issue Rule Nisi calling upon the opposite parties to show cause: (a) As to why the Opp. parties shall not be directed to consider the case of the petitioner unit as it comes within the purview of PMKGY and extend the benefit within a time stipulated period; and (b) And to pass other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper;
And on their failure to show cause or showing insufficient cause this Hon'ble Court be pleased to make the said rule absolute by way of issuance of appropriate Writ or Writs, order or Orders in the facts and circumstances of the present case; And for this act of your Lordship's kindness, the petitioner, as in duty bound shall ever pray."

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioner on the self same issue vide Annexure-5 is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes
of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-5 and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the plea taken in the writ petition within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.
