1. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called.

3. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 27.08.2021 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar.

4. On perusal of the available order-sheets of the learned Tribunal it is indicated that notices were issued on 17.11.2015. The matter was adjourned at the instance of the petitioner on 06.05.2016. Thereafter it was never taken up/pursued.

5. Counter on behalf of OPs. dated 03.03.2016 is available on record.

6. Referring said counter, learned Addl. Standing Counsel submits that the service of the petitioner was regularized by Government, Department of Finance Office Order No. 1166/F, dt.14.01.2016.

7. Considering said aspect, nothing would survive for adjudication in the present writ petition.
