Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "1. The Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to direct the respondents to grant & disburse the 1st ACP benefit in favour of the applicant on completion of 15 years of service as per the Rule-14 of O.R.S.P Rules, w.e.f.

01.05.2010 and 2nd RACP benefit as per resolution dtd. 6.2.2013 on completion of 20 years w.e.f.

01.05.2015 with grating all consequential / differential financial benefits within a time bound period for the interest of justice".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 22.05.2015 at Annexure-3 to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.4 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be

// 2 // issued to opposite party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period. 5.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law and also taking into account the judgment passed under Annexure-4 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
