Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 3.8.2022, Mr. B. Prusty, learned Addl.

Standing Counsel submitted that as per the instruction received from the B.E.O, Chakapad vide letter No.1502 dated 26.8.2022, the petitioner has been extended with all his retirement benefits, except seventh pay arrear, and the final pension has also been extended in favour of the petitioner.

Prusty, learned A.S.C, nothing remains to be decided in the present writ petition and accordingly the same is disposed of.
