Considering the limited prayer and as this Court finds, on the selfsame issue the Petitioner has already made a representation pending before the Collector and District Magistrate, Khordha, but however, as the Khurdha Municipality has to consider such aspect, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition, permits the Petitioners to make a fresh approach to the Municipal Authority at least within a period of seven days hence. In the event the Petitioner submits such application requesting therein for minimum facility before the Municipal Authority, Khudha, the Municipal Authority, Khurdha shall do well in taking a lawful decision on the same even conducting an inquiry in the locality, within a period of three months thereafter. 2.
