2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:
"necessary direction be issued to the Respondents, more particularly to the Respondent No.3 & 4 to sanction &disburse 3rd stage of RACPS financial benefits in favour of the applicant w.e.f 1.1.2013 on the basis of Finance Department Resolution dtd.6..2.2013 as the applicant has completed 30 years of continuous service much prior to 1.1.2013 in the same grade/post."

Considering the nature of prayer made in the Writ Petition, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before Opp. party No.1 within a period of three weeks days from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.1 in accordance with law within a
// 2 // period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by Opp. Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioner also.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
