Learned counsel appearing for the parties state that this writ petition is covered by the judgment of this Court in the case of Subrat Narayan Das and others v. State of Odisha and others (W.P.(C) No. 18659 of 2016 and batch, disposed of on 12.07.2022). Therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of in the light of the aforesaid judgment.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the judgment dated 12.07.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 18659 of 2016 and batch (Subrat Narayan Das and others v. State of Odisha and others), this Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the said judgment.
