Defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter stands ignored. Memo to that effect filed in Court today be kept on record. 2.
This Writ Petition involves the following prayer:- "It is therefore prayed that your Lordships may be graciously pleased to admit this case, issue notice on the Opp.partis asking them to show cause as to why the petitioner shall not be released the Grant-in-Aid amounts for the years 2013 till 2016 in terms of Annexure-8 as per the existing component of scheme guidelines as they had been continuing to pay for the earlier years and on appearance of the O.Ps, after hearing both the parties, if the Opp.parties show no/insufficient reasons, then direct the O.P.1 to release the same within a stipulated time frame;
And/or pass any such other / further orders/directions as deemed just and proper by your Lordships in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of this case;

Considering the submissions made by the parties and as this Court finds, on the selfsame issue the Petitioner has already made a representation to the Opposite Party No.1 vide Annexure-10, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.1 to look into the request of the Petitioner vide Annexure-10 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. 4.
