2. Mr. D. Nayak, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State has produced a written instruction dated 16.11.2022. With that instruction, the statement of the victim as recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has been enclosed. The said written instruction dated 16.11.2022 is taken on record.
3. The victim whose name we hold back to protect her identity has clearly stated that there was no incident of abduction. She had gone on her own volition. Now she is living with her husband in Burla happily.
4. In view of the above development, Mr. L.N. Patel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that this proceeding may be closed as infructuous.
5. Accordingly, this proceeding is disposed of as infructuous.
