This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate.

On perusal of the prayer made in the writ application, it appears that the Petitioner has prayed for implementation of the Orissa Administrative Tribunal's order dated 25.04.2017 passed in O.A.No.3329(C) of 2014.

Considering the limited nature of prayer the Opposite Parties are directed to implement the order of the Tribunal dated 25.04.2017 passed in O.A.No.3329(C) of 2014 expeditiously as possible preferably within two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediments. 5.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
