1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. Heard.
3. In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks a direction from this Court by invoking Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India to the Opposite Parties for release of his vehicle (Truck) in view of the orders dated 03.08.2021 and 04.06.2022 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Nuapada, Odisha in C.C. No.17 of 2021 which have been confirmed by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Odisha, Cuttack as well as the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi. He further seeks a
// 2 // direction from this Court to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Nuapada, Odisha to dispose of the said complaint case vide C.C. No.17 of 2021 within a stipulated period.
4. Considering the pendency of the aforesaid complaint case, without going into the merit of the claim of the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Nuapada, Odisha to dispose of the C.C. No.17 of 2021 pending before it as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of submission/ production of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
