Heard learned counsel for the State-opposite party No.1 and opposite party No.2 present in person besides learned counsel for the petitioner.

Mr. Praharaj, learned counsel for the State-opposite party No.1 submits that a final report was submitted recently and while contending so, he produced a copy of the letter dated 10th of November, 2022 of the Superintendent of Police, CID(CB), Cuttack, Odisha addressed to the learned AG, Cuttack, Odisha indicating therein that the investigation was concluded and a final report was submitted.

Considering the aforesaid development, nothing remains for the Court to pass orders and issue directions. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo to not press the CRLMC which is taken on record.

Consequently, CRLMC stands dismissed.
