2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for the following relief.

"to direct the sole respondent to fix the pay of the applicant as Rs.1100/- w.e.f 9.9.1985 at part with his junior Sri S.

Sankar Rao and pay the arrear of such revision as well as re-fix the pension within a stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Tribunal."

4. As revealed from the materials available on record, the orders passed by the learned Tribunal on 2.3.2012 in O.A. NO.1584 of 2008 filed by the petitioner has been complied with by the Government. Since the benefits as prayed for, has already been extended, the prayer made in the writ petition cannot be allowed. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
