This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Registrar, Civil Courts, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.1 to supply certified copy of the document as per copy application dated 13th October, 2022 (Annexure-4).

Considering the limited nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court vide order dated 11th November, 2022 directed learned Registrar, Civil Courts, Bhubaneswar to submit a report with regard to the status of copy application dated 13th October, 2022 filed before learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bhubaneswar in T.S. No.243 of 1998.

Pursuant to the direction, the Registrar, Civil Courts, Bhubaneswar vide its Letter No.5932 dated 30th November, 2022 intimated that after receipt of the record from the Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bhubaneswar on 29th

// 2 // November, 2022 the certified copy (except the decree) has already been prepared and is ready for delivery. 5.

Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner, therefore, submits that he will instruct the Petitioner to receive the certified copy of the documents.

In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
