Heard the submissions of respective parties.

Even though there is filing of compliance affidavit, learned counsel for the Petitioner objects to the fact of non-payment of interest.

Mr. Kar, learned counsel for the Contemnor through the provision at Rule 49(5) of the Orissa Pension Rules submitted that it becomes the responsibility of the concerned Officer to provide interest.

In the circumstance, as this Court finds, majority of payment is already made to the Petitioner and if the Petitioner is dissatisfied with the non-payment of interest, he may prefer execution petition for working out the rest part of the direction.
