Since the order dated 24.04.2017 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack, in O.A. No.2217 (C) of 2016, against which the Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition on 10.12.2019, was challenged by the State before this Court in a batch of Writ Petitions, which were disposed of on the statement of learned State Counsel that the order of the Tribunal has been complied with, this writ petition has become infructuous and the same is disposed of as such.
