This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. N. N. Satpathy, learned Standing Counsel.

The petitioners have filed the present writ petition with the following prayer.

(i) direct the respondents to regularize the service of the applicants retrospectively w.e.f 1.4.2008 from the date the similarly placed Para Teachers appointed under OBB schemes have been regularized. (ii) direct the respondents to give all consequential and financial service benefits from the said date i.e. 1.4.2008.

Considering the nature of grievance raised in the petition, the petitioners are permitted to make the representation before Opp. Party No.2 for extension of the benefit as prayed for in the present writ petition. 5.

It is observed that if any such application is moved individually by each of the petitioners within a period of three weeks from today, the opp. party No.2 shall take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three months

// 2 // from the date of such representations. It is however observed that while taking such a decision, opp. party No.2 shall take into consideration the resolution issued by the Government on 4.5.2013 and the benefit extended in favour of Para Teachers vide order under Annexure-12. 6.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ petition is disposed of.
