The petitioner sought to challenge the action of the Opposite Parties in not granting 1/3rd share of pension and pensionary benefits like, gratuity, GPF, unutilized pay leave of her son and family pension after death of her son, who was working as Constable. A memo has been filed to the following effect:- "In the above mentioned case, petitioner died on 28.02.2022 as per instruction. In view of the same, the writ becomes infructuous."

The memo filed be kept on record.

In view of contents of memo, this writ petition stands dismissed.
