Challenging the provisional merit list of the staff nurse (general category) prepared pursuant to selection of candidates in response to the advertisement No.NHM/01 October-2015 wherein applications were invited from the eligible candidates under National Health Mission, Khurda as per P.I.P.-2015-16 on contractual basis for a period of eleven months and the candidates were required to be within the sage group of 21 to 32 years as on 01.10.2015.

None appears for the Petitioner.

Mr. Prem Kumar Pattnaik, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the State as well as Mr. Narayan Barik, learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Party No.2 submitted that in the year 2016 when the Original Application was filed, the age of the petitioner was disclosed as 32 years and by now, by efflux of time there is no scope for extending any benefit to the petitioner as prayed for in the writ petition. It

// 2 // is further submitted that since the petitioner did not satisfy the eligibility condition she was not selected.

In view of such submission and taking note of nonappearance of the petitioner nor her counsel, it is construed that the petitioner is no more interested to pursue the matter. 5.
