This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.1208 (C) of 2016 was filed before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No. 1208 of 2016.

The Petitioner, challenging illegal and arbitrary action on the part of the Opposite Parties for not promoting her as Assistant Section Officer though her junior Sri Bharat Pradhan, Opposite Party No.3 has been promoted to the said post. The Petitioner also prays for consideration of her promotion to the post of Assistant Section Officer from the date her junior was promoted with all consequential service and financial benefits.

At the time of hearing, Ms. Adila submitted that she has no up to date instructions in this matter. 5.

None has appeared on behalf of Opposite Party No.3.
