This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No. 250 of 2016 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No. 250 of 2016.

The Petitioner has come up before this Court for a direction to the Opposite Parties to consider one advance increment in the initial revised scale of Pay with effect from 1st January, 2006.

Mr. Nilambar Jena, Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education based on writ petition submitted that the Petitioner has enclosed copy of representation dated 14th October, (Annexure-4) addressed to Secretary Department of School and Mass Education (Opposite Party No.1).

Considering the limited grievance of the Petitioner, the Opposite Party No.1 is directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 14th October, 2014 stated to have been pending before him within a period of three months from today.
