Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Taking into consideration the order passed in W.P.(C) No.7700 of 2015 and the order passed in S.L.P. No.1592 of 2016, the order passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar in O.A. No.3426 of 2013 is to be complied by the present incumbent within three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. If the order is not complied within the time prescribed and the Petitioner feels aggrieved thereby, he is at liberty to file fresh contempt petition for violation of the order of this Court.
